Doug holds a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation and is currently the President of the BC Chapter of the International Society of Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS). George Morin has 26-years of experience in the financial services industry supporting both corporate and personal clients and for the past 10 years has worked exclusively with employer sponsored group savings plans. George has earned his AICB, PFP, STI and CEBS. With a mindset of continuous learning George brings a best-in-class financial wellness program integrating the latest ideas, standards and techniques that optimizes plan benefits to sponsors and members in DC Pension Plans, DPSP’s RRSP’s and TFSA’s. George sits on the board of directors for his 7th term to tirelessly advocate for financial literacy programs in the workplace for the benefit of all employees.

Wojtek Golebiewski is a senior group retirement plan consultant at HUB International's group retirement practice in Vancouver, British Columbia. With fifteen years in the group retirement industry, he began his career as a relationship manager at one of Canada's largest credit unions, before working with a major Canadian pension provider in Western Canada. His roles have provided him with deep insights into plan management, fiduciary risk, plan compliance, and enhancing participant outcomes. He collaborates closely with a range of stakeholders including employees, employers, retirement committees, investment managers, pension regulators, and plan providers. Currently, his consultancy role allows him to understand and integrate the various elements essential to effective retirement planning. Golebiewski holds an economics degree from the University of Alberta and has earned certifications as a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.

Preet Pall is a licensed advisor in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, focusing on employee benefits, individual insurance, and executive benefit solutions. Joining Montridge (now Westland Benefits) in 2013 with previous experience at large insurance carriers and her own brokerage, Preet holds a CEBS Fellowship and is committed to providing innovative plans and maintaining long-term client relationships. She has been actively involved with the BC Chapter of ISCEBS, serving as past president and currently chairs the committee selecting presentations for the 2025 ISCEBS annual conference. In 2023, Preet also taught at the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan in Boston. Additionally, she actively participates in charity through organizations like Global Change For Children and the Rotary, and values family and community service.

Paul Stephens is responsible for group benefit sales and client support in BC. This includes small and mid-sized businesses. Paul joined Manulife in 2020. He worked for other insurance and brokerage/consulting companies previously.
